To commemorate World AIDS Day, from the 25th November to 9th December, Balans Restaurants helped to support EJAF by adding voluntary donation of £1 to customer’s bills raising over £5000.

The voluntary donation of £1 literally pays for 1 meal for someone living with an HIV related illness, living in poverty and facing problems that would be alleviated by the provision of good food.

The contribution helps the Elton John AIDS Foundation support important projects such as providing over 50,000 meals to HIV positive people through the Food Chain in London.

Thank you to Prady Balan and all the staff of Balans Soho, Chiswick, High Street Kensington and Earls Courtfor helping to make this initiative successful again in 2008.
